Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2026. This policy explains what FlorAI – AI Garden Design collects, why, and how we keep it safe. Plain words. No surprises.

Who we are

FlorAI – AI Garden Design is a product of Rocket Digital Limited, located at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach us at hello@rocketdigital.ai. In this policy, "we", "our", and "FlorAI" all refer to the same team.

Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, optional name, and a basic account ID, if you create an account.
  • Photos and prompts: the garden, backyard, patio, balcony, terrace, or front yard photos you upload, and the prompts you enter, so the app can create AI garden design ideas.
  • Generated content: AI-generated images, plant scan results, and saved designs that belong to your account.
  • Subscription and purchase data: the fact that you bought a subscription, its plan, and renewal status. We do not store full credit card numbers — Apple, Google, and our payment processor handle that.
  • Device and usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, and how you use the app or website (events such as page views, button taps, screen flow, and crashes).
  • Cookies and similar storage: we use cookies and similar storage on the website for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember basic preferences.

How we use data

  • To run FlorAI – AI Garden Design across iPhone, Android, and Web.
  • To generate AI Garden Design, AI Plant Scan, and AI Plant Health results from your photos and prompts.
  • To process subscriptions, refunds, and customer support requests.
  • To improve the app, fix bugs, and design new features. We use aggregated and de-identified data wherever possible.
  • To measure marketing performance, including Apple App Store and Google Play download events.
  • To meet legal duties, prevent abuse, and keep accounts secure.

Sharing & third parties

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run FlorAI. They may process data on our behalf under written agreements:

  • RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, secure storage of designs, push notifications, and crash reporting.
  • Google AdMob — advertising in the free version of the mobile app, where applicable.
  • OpenAI — text generation and language understanding for prompts and chat support.
  • Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and AI services for image and content processing.
  • Replicate — AI model hosting that helps generate AI garden design images.
  • Fal.ai — additional AI inference for image generation.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics.
  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement on the website.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly product analytics for the website.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution, in-app purchases, and download attribution.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your photos with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep your account, photos, and saved designs while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, billing, or fraud prevention reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal data, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai. We will respond within the time limits set by the law that applies to you.

Children

FlorAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable cloud providers. No service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your device updated.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the "last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
