By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the FlorAI Web App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
FlorAI – AI Garden Design lets you upload photos of outdoor spaces and create AI-generated garden design ideas, plant scan results, and plant care suggestions on iPhone, Android, and Web. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password safe and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Some features of FlorAI require a paid subscription. On iPhone, billing is handled by Apple. On Android, billing is handled by Google. On the Web App, billing is handled by our payment processor and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time in the app store or web account settings.
Free trial
We may offer free trials. If a trial ends without being canceled, the subscription will start at the regular price. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow the rules of those platforms. For Web App subscriptions, contact hello@rocketdigital.ai within 14 days of purchase, where local law allows it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. By using the service, you give us a limited license to use those photos and prompts to run the AI features and to create the requested results. We do not sell your photos.
AI results
AI-generated garden designs, plant scan results, and plant care suggestions are provided "as is" for visual inspiration and friendly guidance. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified landscape designer, horticulturist, or local nursery. For construction, drainage, irrigation, grading, permits, and complex landscaping work, please talk with a professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse FlorAI. Please do not upload illegal content, content you do not have rights to, content that targets other people without their consent, or content that breaks our community guidelines or app store rules.
Intellectual property
The FlorAI name, logo, app design, and software are the property of Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without our written permission, except as the law allows.
Third-party services
FlorAI depends on trusted partners including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. By using FlorAI, you also agree to their applicable terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. AI results are creative suggestions, not promises of real-world outcomes.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlorAI. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
You can stop using FlorAI at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we have to for legal or safety reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, unless local law gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the "last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
